Lottery Hongkong

Lottery Hongkong is the principal lottery game found in Hong Kong and is operated by the Hong Kong Jockey Club – a non-profit organization founded back in 1884 – alongside their primary business of horse racing – the most popular spectator sport throughout Hong Kong. The HKJC is also responsible for the operation of the Mark Six lottery and many other charitable activities in Hong Kong.

The Mark Six lottery is a 6/49 format and drawings take place 3 times per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings. Players must choose a combination of six numbers from 1 to 49 and if they get all six correct, they will win the jackpot prize.

You can purchase tickets at any HKJC betting branch or at a racecourse betting counter in Hong Kong, and they are valid for 60 days from the date of the drawing. The Hong Kong Jockey Club will pay prizes to players in the form of cash or cheques.

If you win a prize, you can claim it at any of the HKJC’s off-course betting branches or at the main office in Happy Valley, Hong Kong. If you win the jackpot, you can request a cheque for HK$1 MILLION from any HKJC betting branch or at the main office in Happy Valley, and the winnings are then transferred to your account at the HKJC.

The Hong Kong Mark Six has a number of exciting twists and turns that make it one of the most interesting and popular lotteries in Asia. These include a Snowball draw which adds more money to the prize pool and has seen some big jackpot wins on occasion.
